Medical FITness
By keeping physically FIT you aid your body to live well and make it work better without the need of medicines. Stronger heart, lungs, bones, joints muscles are direct benefits of exercise. Our trainers can assist with tailored programs and our private Gym is perfect for one on one sessions.

Mental FITness - they say a FIT body leads to a FIT mind!
Exercise helps you to cope with stress and all day-to-day horrors by getting the Endorphins (your 'happy hormones') going. Talk to one of our trainers to set up a 'perfect for you' training programme.

Social FITness
To be able to inter-react with other people. We offer one-to-one training as well as GROUP training. During the group sessions we all have a good laugh and make new friends.

Nutritional FITness
Your body needs fuel as any other engine and once you get involved with FITness, your mind and body will crave a balanced diet. If you have problems getting started with how to get the basic nutrients right, we have a Nutritionist onboard who can help tailor your diet.
