'Drop a jean size'

A new course of classes with weekly weight check, nutritional advice and information sheets.

At the first visit you will have a small health check. We will take your blood pressure, bmi, fat/lean% ratio and weight.

The Tuesday class at 10.30 and Wednesday at 17.30 will have the weekly weight check and nutritional information. Each week you will be given a nutritional sheet with the information given. These two sessions takes 1.15 hrs, which is made up out of 15 min weigh 15 min nutritional information and 45 min aerobic class. All other FITBodies are 1 hour aerobic/bodytoning classes.

Your weight will be monitored and documented to show improvements.

The course fee automatically gives you access to all the 10 FITBodies ! So if you miss one day you don't have to wait another week for a class.
