Compulsive FITness BootCamp

Well, Boot camp is just for you!

Boot camp consists of two sessions a week, for four weeks & with various payment options. Sessions will be Wednesday evenings at 19:00 and Saturday mornings at 10:30, running for four weeks.
Each session is one hour and in addition to the sessions, if you for opted for the "Full Boot Camp package", you will receive:

Two individual 20 minute consultations to set targets, goals and analyse results. Health and Fitness assessment/Medical and lifestyle questionnaire

Body stats/BMI(Weight & Measurements)
Blood Pressure check
An email once a week with Health and Fitness tips & ideas

Using the great outdoors as the ultimate gym, we will use a variety of exercises to increase your stamina, endurance and general fitness. You will be using a combination of circuits and interval training to achieve this which will include some of the following:

  • Jogging, Running & Skipping
  • Body Weight Assisted Exercises and kettlebells
  • Plyometric Exercises
  • Interval/Circuit Training
  • Functional exercises and lots of "FUN"

Cost of drop-in Boot camp without consultations and Boot camp package £9.00 per session
Cost of Full Boot camp package for one session a week is £45.00
Cost of Full Boot Camp with two sessions a week is £90.00
