What happens!

You contact us and we set up a convenient time for your first meeting here at FIT.


If when you have visited us, you like what you see, we book you in for a Health&Fitness test, from were your ‘platform’ is shaped. 

From your platform, including your personal circumstances and requirements, we design your unique exercise programme to ensure you reach your goal and the training commences!  The training is booked in 10 session blocks, depending on your time and budget; one – three hours per week.

The initial Health & Fitness test is free with ongoing training, re testing is used to measure your progress and fine-tune your programme.

Our professional Personal Trainers will ensure your exercise is fun, exciting, varied and motivating, and will ensure that your personal training works to schedule and is personal to you.
