"Having studied Sports Science at Kingston University for three years, I always aspired to become a personal trainer. I get more satisfaction from seeing clients self-confidence increase and build self-esteem as I do from training an elite performer reaching their goals. Having graduated at University in June 2005, I then completed a Diploma in Personal Training with Premier Global International. This course gave me the knowledge to allow me to design specific exercise programmes for each individual, with every goal in mind. Often people discontinue exercising due to boredom setting in or not having enough variety in their programme.

Together we can break this boredom, incorporating many different training techniques so that the body doesn't reach plateau. Whether your goal is to lose weight, drop a dress size, or even complete a marathon, I can help you to reach these goals and keep you focussed.
