Some people call me the ‘crazy Swede’ and having started a gym out in the ‘sticks’, perhaps I am. 

I believe that training should be enjoyable and exiting!  It has to be safe and hard work but at the same time pleasant.  You need to feel that you have completed a workout when you leave the gym with the feeling of achievement.  It doesn’t matter at what level you enter but when you go home you should feel stronger both in body and in mind!

I also think training should be varied in and outdoor, no matter what the weather.  What can be more enjoyable than cycling with your family and having the energy to keep up with your children or at the other end of the spectrum crossing the finishing line of large competitive event!
