Mark is an experienced Personal Trainer operating a varied client base from those new to training through to experienced competitors. Whatever your health, fitness or sporting goals Mark has the skills, knowledge and character to help you achieve them. Mark is also an experienced Studio instructor, teaching upto 15 classes a week. Including Studio Cycling, Circuit Training, Boxercise and Core Conditioning. |
